Friendly fast expert service at a reasonable price. We thought our mower had cut its last blade of grass but the team brought it back to life ready for some spring growth grass cutting action. Yay, thank you!

Received fantastic service today for my ride on that had broken down. When they picked of the mower from home they estimated a few days to sort the issue and give it a service. I was blown away when they arrived back less that 2 hours later all sorted. Really appreciate the extra mile they took. Always good for a chat these guys too. 5 stars! Simon

The team at STIHL SHOP Tauranga been a customer for at least 30 yrs it has always been a love hate relations as it is great buying something new but don't like them when they break down but the equipment is still very reliable and normally it is my fault no proper mtc schedule and not looked after by me. I went to Bunnings Mount Maunganui yesterday to buy a linetrimmer and got some of the worst customer service I have ever had.... the old guy that worked there expected me to buy a $400 weed eater in a badly damaged box which I didn't and then walked away and played on his stock gadget. I waited 20 minutes to be served at the same by the same woman while she fluffed around. I went to the STIHL SHOP on Elizabeth St, Tauranga today, they greeted me as soon as I entered the shop sold me a good line trimmer and oil. They filled it with a full tank of petrol and gave it it's first run to make sure it was all good. I got a free pair of safety glasses a discount of no GST on the weed eater. I highly recommend this shop for your all your gardening needs. They also give it a free service after the first 8 hours of use. Now I know why Bunnings is shutting some stores because their service sux.

I purchased a robotic lawnmower from Mike at the STIHL SHOP. The team came around and completed an initial estimate straight away and the new mower was installed within the week. Great service and very easy to deal with. If you are considering a robotic lawnmower then the STIHL RMI 422 is a great option. My lawns have never looked so good! It is a great feeling to stand at window with a cup of coffee watching the lawnmower work. Thanks Mike, you were exceptional.
